Built for the Accidents Not so Grotesk exhibition (curated by Letterbox) these boxes feature a variety of stories about the role of accident in graphic design. Exhibited in Melbourne’s Federation Square as part of the Melbourne Design Festival, the boxes stand some 2.6 metres tall (and 1.2 metres wide) and are entirely hand–stencilled and painted. The typefaces featured on the boxes include Quadraat and a test version of Kevlar Slab.
